The staff are pleasant, nothing seems to be too much for them and you can have a nice talk to them.

Good response time, and a feeling of relief that things being done.
Did feel that concerns about medication regime were not addressed to the satisfaction of the family. Felt 'rushed' or 'coerced' into accepting solution.

Very prompt and kind treatment. Helpful, considerate.
The patient said if at times the carers were late, she always knew they would eventually turn up, and understood reasons for ready.

Sometimes the carers didn't have enough time to give the patient a full shower. Also, the eve. Calls were sometimes too early - the patient didn't want to go to bed at that time. Otherwise, happy with good and caring service.

I was made to feel included in the procedure. Everything was explained to me. It has been the best experience I have had with any NHS clinic. I would recommend all my friends and family if the needed this service. I can't think of anything that would improve my visit.
